Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

  1. The article type in format MS Office, Open Office or Kingsoft Writer.
  2. The article type in English. The font in used should be Times New Roman with size 11 and spacing 1,5. The article should not be more than 10 pages on A4 paper.
  3. Page Layout in 1 column
  4. The title should be written in English maximum 15 words (title sample could be seen on  template)
  5. The article has to enclose the author/s name. Multiple authors name order should be agreed by the first, second, and so forth author. The order is usually based on the author’s contribution and all authors are responsible for the article content. The author name should be written in bold with 12 size font Times New Roman (author name sample could be seen on template).
  6. The article has to enclose with ABSTRACT in English language. The maximum words for ABSTRACT are 200 (two hundreds and fifty) in essay form consists of research purpose, method, and result. It should be enclosed with keywords (3 to 5 words). The font is Times new Roman in 10 sizes and space 1. The ABSTRACT should be written in italic. The word ABSTRACT in the English language should be written with Time new Roman font in size 12. The ABSTRACT word should be written with bold.
  7. The author must attach and submit a letter of approval of the supervisor if the status of S1 / S2 / S3 students. Form Download Here

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Submission file maximum 2 MB
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  6. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.
